DELIVERY INFORMATION

Shipping Timeframes

  • All orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation.
  • Subscription orders are automatically processed according to your chosen delivery schedule.
  • Standard delivery within the Netherlands typically takes 1-3 business days after dispatch.
  • International shipping is available to select European countries with delivery times of 3-7 business days.

Shipping Costs

  • Free shipping on all subscription orders within the Netherlands.
  • Standard shipping fee of €4.95 applies to all one-time purchases within the Netherlands.
  • International shipping costs vary by destination and will be calculated at checkout.

Delivery Methods

  • We use trusted courier services to deliver your supplements.
  • All orders include tracking information that will be sent to your email address.
  • For subscription orders, you will receive a notification email before each shipment.

Delivery Issues

  • If you haven't received your order within the expected timeframe, please check the tracking information first.
  • For any delivery issues, please contact our customer service team at support@covaperformance.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date.

RETURNS POLICY

Return Eligibility

  • Due to the nature of our nutritional supplements, we generally do not accept returns unless:
    • The product arrives damaged or defective
    • We shipped an incorrect product
    • The product is recalled

Return Process

  1. Contact Us: To initiate a return, contact our customer service team at support@covaperformance.com within 14 days of receiving your order.
  2. Provide Information: Include your order number, a description of the issue, and photos of the damaged/incorrect product if applicable.
  3. Return Authorization: Our team will review your request and provide instructions for return if approved.
  4. Packaging: Return the product in its original packaging if possible.

Refunds

  • Refunds for approved returns will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned product.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for purchase.
  • Shipping costs are generally non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Exchanges

  • We offer exchanges for damaged or incorrect products.
  • The replacement product will be shipped once we receive and verify the returned item.

SUBSCRIPTION ADJUSTMENTS

  • You can skip, pause, or cancel your subscription at any time through your account or by contacting customer service.
  • Changes to subscriptions must be made at least 3 business days before your next scheduled delivery to take effect for that shipment.
  • You can change your delivery address or product selection through your account settings.
