Shipping Timeframes
- All orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation.
- Subscription orders are automatically processed according to your chosen delivery schedule.
- Standard delivery within the Netherlands typically takes 1-3 business days after dispatch.
- International shipping is available to select European countries with delivery times of 3-7 business days.
Shipping Costs
- Free shipping on all subscription orders within the Netherlands.
- Standard shipping fee of €4.95 applies to all one-time purchases within the Netherlands.
- International shipping costs vary by destination and will be calculated at checkout.
Delivery Methods
- We use trusted courier services to deliver your supplements.
- All orders include tracking information that will be sent to your email address.
- For subscription orders, you will receive a notification email before each shipment.
Delivery Issues
- If you haven't received your order within the expected timeframe, please check the tracking information first.
- For any delivery issues, please contact our customer service team at support@covaperformance.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date.
RETURNS POLICY
Return Eligibility
- Due to the nature of our nutritional supplements, we generally do not accept returns unless:
- The product arrives damaged or defective
- We shipped an incorrect product
- The product is recalled
Return Process
- Contact Us: To initiate a return, contact our customer service team at support@covaperformance.com within 14 days of receiving your order.
- Provide Information: Include your order number, a description of the issue, and photos of the damaged/incorrect product if applicable.
- Return Authorization: Our team will review your request and provide instructions for return if approved.
- Packaging: Return the product in its original packaging if possible.
Refunds
- Refunds for approved returns will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned product.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for purchase.
- Shipping costs are generally non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Exchanges
- We offer exchanges for damaged or incorrect products.
- The replacement product will be shipped once we receive and verify the returned item.
SUBSCRIPTION ADJUSTMENTS
- You can skip, pause, or cancel your subscription at any time through your account or by contacting customer service.
- Changes to subscriptions must be made at least 3 business days before your next scheduled delivery to take effect for that shipment.
- You can change your delivery address or product selection through your account settings.
