10. REFERRAL PROGRAM DATA PROCESSING

As part of our referral program, we process additional data to track referrals and manage subscription pricing. This includes:

  • Information about who referred you and who you refer
  • Referral status (pending, active, inactive, or cancelled)
  • Conversion events related to referrals
  • Changes in referral status

We use this information to manage the referral program, including determining when a customer qualifies for reduced subscription pricing (€9 per month) after successfully referring three active subscribers.
